Custom Signs Today company is passionate about transforming ideas into impactful visual communication solutions. With over 30 years of experience. We specialize in creating custom signs that elevate brands, enhance environments, and guide people with clarity and style. With the arrival of a new generation of leadership in October 2022, the company experienced a notable transformation. The new owner and CEO, Greg Bakalin, brought a fresh perspective, innovative ideas, and a renewed sense of energy and vision, eager to propel the business forward into a new era of growth and success!
Our team of talented designers, craftsmen, and installation experts collaborates closely with each client to understand their unique vision and objectives. From initial concept to final installation, we prioritize craftsmanship, quality materials, and innovative techniques to deliver signage solutions that exceed expectations!
Over the past two years, we’ve provided launch signage for more than 50 new businesses in Palm Beach County
— directly supporting local entrepreneurship.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Definitely, not always smooth — but that’s part of the journey, right? Like any growing business, we’ve faced our fair share of challenges. One of the biggest has been keeping up with how fast things change in the signage world — from new materials and tech to shifting design trends. It’s a lot to stay on top of, but we’ve learned to adapt and grow with it.
But through it all, what’s really kept us going is the strong relationships we’ve built with our loyal customers. Many of them have been with us for years, and that trust means everything. At the same time, we’re always excited to meet new clients and explore fresh ideas — expanding the kinds of businesses and people we get to work with has been one of the most rewarding parts of the journey.

Custom Signs Today is a full-service custom sign-making company based in West Palm Beach, Florida. We specialize in designing, manufacturing, and installing a wide range of signage — from vinyl and dimensional signs to high-end LED and channel letter signage. Our clients include small businesses, national brands, and public sector organizations, and we’re proud to support companies like Cartier, McDonald’s, Wendy’s, Schumacher (WPB and Delray), Celis, and the Town of Palm Beach, among many others.

I’m the CEO and Owner of Custom Signs Today, a growing sign-making business based in West Palm Beach, Florida. Before transitioning into entrepreneurship, I spent over 16 years in executive roles in Moscow, Russia, managing large-scale financial operations for international banks.

What sets us apart is our fast turnaround, attention to detail, and hands-on approach. While many competitors take weeks, we typically deliver vinyl signs in 1–2 business days and install LED signs within four weeks. Everything is handled in-house by our experienced team to ensure quality and consistency.
